General Information: <top>

  1. Applications will be accepted beginning February 1, 2004. Since there is a possibility of a limit to the number of tee times available on certain courses, entries will be accepted on a first come basis.
  2. Due to the need to notify courses of tee times, all entries must be received at least 7 days in advance of the event.
  3. Print the application from the web-site and check the events you wish to participate in. Refunds will be made only on extreme medical or family emergency situations. Disqualification may result in a 1-event suspension.
  4. Participants should arrive and check in at least 30 minutes prior to assigned tee time. Tee times will be set up with older divisions going off first.
  5. Due to the request of certain courses, some tee times will require a shotgun start. This will be designated under tee times - event.
  6. The age division you will compete in will be determined by your age as of August 1, 2004. A player may request, based on playing ability, to play "up" a division. This must be done prior to the beginning of tour competition.
  7. There will be a $25.00 charge on all checks returned for insufficient funds.
  8. Players may participate in as many events as they wish but must play in 5 events to participate in the Tour Championship. With the number of events being conducted, top players can enter national qualifiers and still compete for honors in the CIJGT.
  9. Plaques will be awarded at individual events. The number of plaques in each division will be based on the number of participants in each division.
  10. A Player of the Year will be awarded in each division. Accumulated points in individual events will determine this award.
